You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to the User Content you submit and have the right to grant the license described above.

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Upload content that is adult-oriented, obscene, defamatory, harassing, violent, or that violates any law or third-party rights.
• Use the Site to engage in, promote, or facilitate human trafficking, exploitation, or any form of coercion.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

MeetEm LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, and any form of modern slavery or coercion.

We strictly prohibit the use of MeetEm.com to:

• Recruit, harbor, transport, obtain, or exploit any person through force, fraud, or coercion for commercial sex acts or labor.
• Engage in, facilitate, promote, or benefit from prostitution, escort services, sexual solicitation, or any commercial sexual activity.
• Groom, exploit, or traffic minors or vulnerable individuals.
• Engage in any activity that violates U.S. federal or state anti-trafficking laws.

Violations of this policy will result in immediate account termination without warning or refund. We will preserve relevant records and cooperate fully with law enforcement and appropriate authorities.

5. Interviews and Media

MeetEm.com features live, impromptu, and authentic interviews with singles. By participating in an interview, you consent to the recording, editing, and public display of your responses, likeness, and voice on the Site. We may use such media for promotional purposes. Participants represent that their statements are truthful and do not infringe on third-party rights.

6. Interactions with Other Users

The Site facilitates connections between users, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of profiles or the behavior of other users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. We strongly recommend exercising caution, meeting in public places, informing a friend of your plans, and trusting your instincts. We are not liable for any harm arising from user interactions.

7. Premium Services and Payments
